At ModRetro, we want you to be completely satisfied with your vintage-inspired tech. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible electronics within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the device in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the hardware at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
